The vibra®pac corner and edge protection profile has been specially developed to reliably protect exposed corners from impacts, abrasion and scratches. Thanks to its corner geometry, the profile forms a form-fitting protective barrier on two adjacent side surfaces and is ideal for sensitive components, products and surfaces across a wide range of industries.
Typical applications include furniture, electronic devices, household appliances, sanitary and bathroom fittings, gift items, and glass and metal components. The profiles can be used on a wide variety of materials—whether wood, glass, metal, or plastic—and ensure reliable protection during transport, storage, order picking, and shipping packaging.
Made from recyclable PE foam, the corner profiles are lightweight, moisture-resistant and water-repellent. They can be easily cut to size and adapted to customer-specific geometries. Available as standard stock or cut to exact dimensions.
