vibra®pac U-shaped corner and edge protection profile – PE foam profile for secure corner protection for sensitive products
The vibra®pac U-shaped corner edge protection profile has been specially developed to protect exposed outer edges and corner areas. The U-shape ensures a secure, form-fitting grip around corners – ideal for components that are particularly susceptible to chipping, impacts and scratches during transport, storage or handling. Two adjacent side surfaces and the edge itself are protected simultaneously.

The vibra®pac U-shaped corner edge protection profile has been specially developed to protect exposed outer edges and corner areas. The U-shape ensures a secure, form-fitting grip around corners – ideal for components that are particularly susceptible to chipping, impacts and scratches during transport, storage or handling. Two adjacent side surfaces and the edge itself are protected simultaneously.
The profiles are made from recyclable PE foam and are lightweight, moisture-resistant and do not absorb water. Typical applications include furniture components, electronics, household appliances, gift items, sanitary and bathroom fittings, as well as all components where sensitive surfaces need to be protected – whether made of wood, glass, metal or plastic.
The vibra®pac U-shaped corner edge protection profiles are easy to cut to size and customise. Available as standard cut-to-length stock or made to exact customer specifications.
