Thanks to the extended legs, the profiles achieve an even better, more form-fitting grip on edges and component geometries. This increases the contact area and significantly enhances protection – ideal for sensitive goods and surfaces that need to be securely fixed during transport, order picking or storage.
The vibra®pac U-profiles long legs are made from recyclable PE foam, are lightweight, moisture-resistant and do not absorb water. They are suitable for materials such as wood, glass, metal or plastic and effectively prevent impacts, abrasion and scratching. The profiles can be easily cut to size and adapted to the individual component geometry.
They are available as standard stock or cut to exact dimensions according to customer requirements—enabling efficient material utilization and precisely fitting protective edges.
