Vibra®protect foam lifting beams – gentle lifting of vehicles on the lifting platform
The Vibra®protect foam lifting beams – also known as foam lifting blocks – are made of wear-resistant white PE polyethylene foam and enable vehicles to be lifted safely and gently on the lifting platform. Thanks to the permanently elastic properties of the material, contact with the vehicle floor, sill mounts and load points is cushioned, thereby preventing damage, dents and scratches.

The Vibra®protect foam lifting beams – also known as foam lifting blocks – are made of wear-resistant white PE polyethylene foam and enable vehicles to be lifted safely and gently onto the lifting platform. Thanks to the permanently elastic material properties, contact with the vehicle floor, sill mounts and load points is cushioned, thereby preventing damage, dents and scratches.
The lifting beams provide a stable, pressure-distributing contact surface and increase process reliability when lifting vehicles – for example, during tyre changes, in workshops or when working on the underbody. The PE foam is resistant to abrasion, moisture and common workshop chemicals.
In addition to standard dimensions, the foam lifting beams can also be manufactured to customer-specific dimensions – to suit the respective lifting platform, vehicle type or individual load points.
