This high-quality D-profile air seal strip from Benson Products is made from premium-grade EPDM rubber and has been specially developed to seal door and window frames, effectively preventing draughts.
It is supplied as a set of two strips, each 3 m long (6 m in total). The D-profile (semicircular) is ideal for pressure sealing on flat surfaces and reliably seals gaps of 2 to 6 mm. The EPDM material offers excellent resistance to weathering, UV radiation and ozone, as well as flexibility that is maintained even at temperatures ranging from -40 °C to +120 °C. It is resistant to ageing, cracking and degradation and, depending on the version, can be easily fitted either as a self-adhesive strip or by applying mechanical pressure, ensuring uniform compression. The strip is supplied in a colour-coded box. This sealing strip is ideal for all applications requiring a durable, flexible and weather-resistant seal for doors and windows; it helps to save on heating costs and reliably eliminates draughts.
