Our recycled rubber sheets are made from reprocessed waste rubber, which is processed into a robust granulate and then compressed into dense, durable sheets. This process not only makes the sheets particularly durable and resilient, but also provides an environmentally friendly alternative, as valuable raw materials are returned to the production cycle. This results in products that combine environmental benefits with high technical performance.

The textured surface of the recycled rubber sheets ensures reliable slip resistance, making them ideal for use as anti-slip mats in load securing applications. Placed under pallets, containers or machinery, they reliably prevent slipping and thus make a significant contribution to workplace safety. However, the range of applications extends far beyond the transport and logistics sector. Thanks to their elastic properties, the sheets simultaneously absorb shocks and vibrations. They reduce vibrations, minimise structure-borne noise and protect surfaces such as floors or foundations from damage.

The rubber sheets have also proven their worth in the field of acoustic and vibration insulation. Used as bearing or intermediate layers, they absorb disruptive vibrations from machinery and equipment, reduce noise levels and thus ensure a more pleasant working environment. In doing so, they contribute not only to the protection of infrastructure but also to the health of employees.

Another advantage of recycled rubber sheets is their high load-bearing capacity. Even under heavy machinery or vehicles, they retain their shape and functionality. At the same time, they are resistant to moisture, fluctuating temperatures and mechanical stress, making them equally suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Whether as flooring in workshops, protective mats in gyms, underlays in storage rooms or impact sound insulation in buildings – their applications are virtually limitless.

Furthermore, the panels can be flexibly adapted. They are available in various thicknesses and can be easily cut to size or sawn if required. This allows them to be integrated precisely into any project – whether as large-area covering, localised protection or individually cut acoustic and damping elements.
