The Vibra® 3D granulate mat, with a thickness of 17 mm, is a modern, high-performance product for the effective decoupling of structure-borne noise and vibrations in construction projects and technical installations. It is manufactured from high-quality recycled rubber granulate, which is bound with polyurethane and compressed into a distinctive 3D profile structure. This structure gives the mat its exceptional performance: the surface is designed in a gentle waveform, reaching a maximum height of 17 mm and a minimum height of 8 mm. This profiled geometry allows compressive forces to be optimally distributed and vibrations to be specifically absorbed.

The mat is supplied in rolls 10 m long and 1.00 m wide and can be easily cut to the required dimensions. It therefore offers maximum flexibility during installation, whether as a continuous covering, in sheet form or as a custom-cut damping element. Its range of applications extends from traditional uses in building construction and civil engineering, through machine foundations, to technical installations in residential and commercial buildings.

Particularly noteworthy is the excellent reduction of structure-borne noise and vibrations, which would otherwise be transmitted unimpeded through building structures or foundations. Typical noise sources such as compressors, pumps, ventilation systems or lifts can be effectively decoupled through the use of the Vibra® 3D granulate mat. This not only reduces the noise level in adjacent rooms but also the stress on the building structure.

In addition to acoustic optimisation, the mat also offers high load-bearing capacity and durability. It withstands high pressure loads over the long term and remains elastic even under repeated stress. Through the use of recycled material, it also makes a valuable contribution to environmental protection, as waste rubber is sensibly processed and returned to a technically sophisticated application.

Its range of applications is wide: in building construction, it is used under floating screeds, ceiling structures or partition walls to reduce sound transmission between floors or rooms. In industry, it serves as a base for heavy machinery, engines or power units to keep vibrations away from the foundations. It also contributes to greater peace and comfort in sensitive areas such as wellness facilities, laboratories or office buildings.

Delivery form

Rubber rolls are supplied as continuous rolls as standard, but can be cut to size and finished entirely according to your wishes, drawings or technical requirements.

In addition to simple strips or lengths, we also manufacture precision moulded parts, CNC-cut contours and complex rubber-to-metal components that are precisely tailored to your application.
