The Vibra® Hammerblow mat is a robust rubber mat with a distinctive hammered surface, designed for use as flooring and a protective mat. The finely hammered, grained texture provides a subtle anti-slip effect, effectively conceals signs of wear and dirt, and gives the mat a uniform, unobtrusive appearance. Product description

The Vibra® Hammerblow mat is a robust rubber mat with a distinctive hammered finish, designed for use as a floor covering and protective mat. The finely hammered, grained texture provides a subtle anti-slip effect, effectively conceals signs of wear and dirt, and gives the mat a uniform, unobtrusive appearance. Typical applications include flooring and walkways in industrial and commercial settings, workstation and machinery mats, workshops, and general protective and anti-slip applications.

The mat is made from a tried-and-tested NR/SBR industrial-grade rubber with good mechanical properties as well as good abrasion and impact resistance. With a slightly higher hardness of 75 ± 5 Shore A and a tensile strength of 6 MPa (approximately 60 kg/cm²) at an elongation at break of 250 % , it is more robust and durable than standard grooved mats. The operating temperature range is from –20 °C to +70 °C.

When using this product, please note that it is a standard grade designed for mechanical applications: it offers moderate resistance to alkalis and ageing, but is not intended for prolonged contact with oils, fuels or acids. However, it is ideally suited for use as an anti-slip floor covering and protective mat in dry environments.

With a density of 1.5 g/cm³ and a black finish, the Vibra® hammered-finish mat is robust, durable and easy to cut to size – available in rolls and sheets as well as made-to-measure cuts.
