The Vibra®no rubber vibration isolation plate is a technically sophisticated solution for decoupling structure-borne noise and vibrations, such as those encountered daily in industry, commerce and construction. It is manufactured from a specially developed NBR rubber, which is characterised by high elasticity, excellent resilience and exceptional resistance to oils and ageing. This combination of materials ensures that the panel performs reliably even under continuous stress and retains its damping properties for many years.

The operating principle of the Vibra®no plate is as simple as it is effective: by elastically isolating machines, units or technical installations from the subfloor, it prevents the direct transmission of vibrations and structure-borne noise into the building structure. High-frequency vibrations from around 1000 Hz in particular are effectively reduced, so that the resulting noise in adjacent rooms is significantly minimised. This not only enhances acoustic comfort but also protects adjacent components and extends the service life of the entire installation.

The range of applications is extremely diverse. Whether as a mounting surface for pumps, compressors, heat pumps or ventilation units, as a vibration-damping underlay in mechanical engineering, or as a structure-borne sound insulator in building construction and civil engineering – the Vibra®no panel demonstrates its strengths in every application. Thanks to its ease of installation, it can be flexibly cut to size and precisely adapted to the specific requirements.

In addition to its acoustic properties, the panel also offers advantages in the field of mechanical damping. Its elastic structure absorbs shocks and load peaks, thereby protecting both the machine and the supporting structure. Its resistance to oils and lubricants also allows it to be used in environments where conventional materials would quickly lose their performance.

Another advantage is its durability. The panel remains elastic even under repeated stress, retains its shape and can be used for many years without any loss of damping performance. This makes it not only an economical but also a sustainable solution that optimally combines functionality and durability.
