Product description

The Vibra® Reismatte is a robust rubber mat with a fine diamond or rhombus pattern, designed for use as a floor covering and protective mat. The uniform pattern provides slip resistance, ensures a secure footing and gives the mat a clean, technical appearance. Typical applications include flooring and walkways in industry and commerce, vehicle and trailer floors, workstation and machinery underlays, as well as general protective and anti-slip applications.

The mat is made from a tried-and-tested NR/SBR industrial-grade rubber with good mechanical properties and good resistance to abrasion and impact. Mechanically, it offers a tensile strength of 3 MPa (approximately 30 kg/cm²) with an elongation at break of 200% and a hardness of 70 ± 5 Shore A. The operating temperature range is from –20 °C to +70 °C.

When using the mat, please note that this is a standard grade designed for mechanical applications: it offers moderate resistance to alkalis and ageing, but is not intended for prolonged contact with oils, fuels or acids. However, it is ideally suited for use as an anti-slip floor covering and protective mat in dry environments.

With a density of 1.5 g/cm³ and a black finish, the Vibra® rice mat is robust, durable and easy to cut to size – available in rolls and sheets as well as made to measure.
