AIRDUC® PUR 356 HT
High-temperature-resistant polyurethane hoses in various wall thicknesses
The AIRDUC® PUR HT series comprises high-performance polyurethane hoses that have been specially developed for applications involving both high temperatures and abrasive conditions. Thanks to the use of high-quality, temperature-optimised Pre-PUR®, these hoses offer enhanced thermal stability whilst retaining the characteristic abrasion resistance and excellent cold flexibility of the AIRDUC® range. This makes the HT hoses ideal for demanding industrial processes where temperature fluctuations, mechanical stress and long service life are the norm.

Thanks to the use of high-quality, temperature-optimised Pre-PUR®, these hoses offer increased thermal stability whilst retaining the characteristic abrasion resistance and excellent cold flexibility of the AIRDUC® range. This makes the HT hoses ideal for demanding industrial processes where temperature fluctuations, mechanical stress and long service life are the norm.
The series is available in three versions, which differ in wall thickness and mechanical strength and are therefore ideally suited to various applications:
- AIRDUC® PUR 351 HT – medium-duty version:
For flexible extraction and conveying tasks at elevated temperatures, ideal for production areas with moderate mechanical stress. - AIRDUC® PUR 355 HT – heavy-duty version:
Thicker wall thickness for increased abrasion resistance, improved pressure stability and a longer service life; suitable for industrial systems subject to intensive continuous loads. - AIRDUC® PUR 356 HT – extra-heavy-duty version:
Maximum resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress, optimised for processes involving extremely abrasive media or high vacuum loads, such as conveying and dust extraction systems in heavy industry
