The NORFLEX® PUR 401 FOOD is a high-quality, food-safe polyurethane hose specially developed for applications where high flexibility, abrasion resistance and hygienic suitability are crucial. Thanks to its elastic PU wall, the hose retains its shape even under heavy use and can be laid or moved effortlessly – ideal for systems with limited space or frequent movement.
The robust, abrasion-resistant design ensures that the hose achieves a long service life even when in continuous contact with abrasive media such as powders, granulates or particles. At the same time, the hose is puncture-resistant, making it particularly attractive for mobile applications, workshops, production areas or compressed air systems with floor-mounted routing.
As a food-safe FOOD version, NORFLEX® PUR 401 meets the strict requirements for contact with food. It is odourless and tasteless, making it ideally suited for the transport of air, gases or media where purity and product quality are of the utmost importance – for example, in food production, the beverage industry or pharmaceutical processing.
