The NORFLEX® SIL 408 is a high-quality, food-grade industrial silicone hose, specially developed for hygienically demanding processes in the food and pharmaceutical industries. With an impressive temperature resistance of up to +180 °C, the hose is ideal for applications involving hot media, steam or temperature-critical processes. At the same time, it remains flexible and dimensionally stable, making it ideal for use in fluctuating temperatures or in mobile systems.
The robust silicone wall makes the hose resistant to being walked on and even driven over without losing its shape or functionality. This makes the NORFLEX® SIL 408 particularly suitable for working environments where hoses are frequently routed across floor surfaces or exposed to mechanical stress.
