NORPLAST® PUR-C 386 AS – Heavy-duty antistatic polyurethane hose
The NORPLAST® PUR-C 386 AS is a particularly robust heavy-duty polyurethane hose designed for demanding industrial pressure and vacuum applications. The NORPLAST® PUR-C 386 AS is a particularly robust polyurethane hose in a heavy-duty design, developed for demanding industrial pressure and vacuum applications. Thanks to its reinforced wall construction, the hose offers very high pressure and vacuum resistance and remains dimensionally stable and durable even under high mechanical stress. This makes it ideal for conveyor systems and industrial processes involving high material throughput and heavy loads.
The integrated grounding strand enables safe dissipation of electrostatic charge, which is particularly crucial when transporting dry, fine or abrasive media. Sparking can thus be reliably prevented, which is why the NORPLAST® PUR-C 386 AS can also be used in ESD-sensitive areas or in environments with an increased risk of explosion.
Thanks to the high-quality polyurethane material, the hose possesses excellent abrasion resistance. This property is particularly important when conveying abrasive powders, sharp-edged bulk materials, granules or gaseous media containing particles. The smooth inner surface ensures optimised flow and reduces build-up, increasing efficiency and extending cleaning cycles.
