KLINGERSIL® C-4430 – Sealing sheets for hot water and steam with high pressure resistance
KLINGERSIL® C-4430 is a high-pressure sealing sheet based on an optimised special matrix of synthetic fibres with an NBR binder and was developed for demanding sealing applications in the temperature range of hot water and steam. The material offers very high pressure resistance, excellent thermal stability and broad media resistance, ensuring reliable, permanently tight deformation behaviour even under high sustained thermal loads.

KLINGERSIL® C-4430 is a high-pressure sealing sheet based on an optimised special matrix of synthetic fibres with an NBR binder, and was developed for demanding sealing applications in the temperature range of hot water and steam. The material offers very high compressive strength, excellent thermal stability and broad media resistance, ensuring reliable, permanently tight deformation behaviour even under prolonged thermal stress.
The material exhibits outstanding resistance to water, steam, oils, gases, salt solutions, fuels, alcohols, weak organic and inorganic acids, hydrocarbons, lubricants and refrigerants, making it an ideal sealing material for industrial flange connections in power generation, plant engineering, utility engineering, chemical process engineering and the process industry. Customised gasket contours can be manufactured from the sheet material to fit precisely to your specifications.
