novaflon® 300 is a high-quality sealing material made from structured, modified PTFE filled with silicate. It has been specially developed for use in concentrated acids and offers exceptional chemical resistance across the entire pH range. Even strong alkalis up to 85 °C, solvents or coolants do not impair the performance of this material.
With its high mechanical stability and temperature resistance, novaflon® 300 is ideal for use in the process industry, particularly in piping systems, installations with steel flanges or equipment operated under high pressures and temperatures.
An additional advantage is its very low creep behavior, achieved through the special manufacturing process. This ensures that the pre-tension remains stable over long periods, guaranteeing excellent long-term sealing performance and process reliability.
novaflon® 300 is therefore the first choice for users seeking to combine the highest chemical resistance, mechanical strength and long-term sealing performance in a single product.
