AIRDUC® PUR 350 AS

The AIRDUC® PUR 350 FOOD-AS is a medium-duty polyurethane hose specially developed for hygienically demanding applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The high-quality Pre-PUR® material gives it very high abrasion resistance and ensures that the hose remains reliable, dimensionally stable and durable even under intensive continuous use. Thanks to its excellent cold flexibility, the hose can be used without any problems even at low temperatures, without hardening or losing its flexibility—ideal for production areas with cooling zones or mobile conveyor systems.

The hose wall is microbe- and hydrolysis-resistant, ensuring that it retains its material properties even in the presence of moisture, during cleaning processes or under changing environmental conditions. The odourless design ensures that food and pharmaceutical media can be conveyed without affecting their taste or aroma. The smooth inner surface reduces deposits, facilitates cleaning and supports efficient CIP or manual cleaning procedures.

In the FOOD-AS version, the hose has additional antistatic properties. These reduce electrostatic charging, making it particularly suitable for the transport of fine powders, dusts and other media where spark discharge must be avoided.
