These equipment elements provide an effective solution when sensitive instruments, lightweight units, or precision mechanical devices need to be reliably protected against unwanted oscillations, impacts, and vibrations. They are used wherever controlled, elastic mounting is required to ensure the service life and precision of sensitive components.
The elements are engineered to optimally absorb forces primarily in compression and shear, effectively reducing the transmission of structure-borne noise—a decisive advantage in laboratory and measurement technology, electronics, air-conditioning and ventilation systems, analytical instruments, or small machine modules. The elastic properties of the rubber element ensure harmonious, uniform damping without generating rigid or sudden force peaks.
Their compact, robust design also allows for easy integration into existing structures. Equipment can be mounted elastically with minimal effort, significantly improving both running smoothness and protection against resonance effects. In applications where precision and functionality are crucial, these mounts contribute significantly to operational reliability.
For individual requirements – such as special geometries, additional load ranges or specific installation specifications – we are happy to assist you with a customised design.
