The K-series hydraulic bearings have been specially developed for demanding applications where robust, durable and highly effective damping elements are required. Their design combines exceptionally high lateral stiffness with powerful hydraulic damping in the vertical direction. This makes them ideal for situations where large masses need to be securely supported, precisely guided and, at the same time, effectively protected against vibrations and shocks.
Typical applications are found in the field of heavy construction machinery, for example in the mounting of massive operator cabs that are subjected to considerable dynamic forces during operation. The K Series ensures that vertical impacts are effectively absorbed, horizontal movements remain controlled and the cab is guided stably. This not only enhances operator comfort but also protects the machine’s structure and extends the service life of adjacent components.
Thanks to its high load-bearing capacity and design, the K Series is also an excellent choice for mounting large engines. The hydraulic mounts reduce vibrations, dampen oscillations across a wide frequency spectrum and minimise disruptive resonances. This has a positive effect on the system’s smooth running and prevents disruptive structure-borne noise transmission.
Another advantage: the K series is also available in a version without hydraulic damping, featuring identical mounting dimensions. This allows machine fleets to be flexibly retrofitted, existing systems to be easily modernised, or spare parts to be replaced without structural modifications.
