The V-Series hydraulic mounts have been specially developed for applications in which machines, equipment or vehicle components are simultaneously exposed to vibrations, dynamic forces and sudden impacts. Their design combines the advantages of elastic mounts with effective hydraulic damping. This makes them a particularly efficient solution for applications requiring precise vibration isolation, rapid system stabilisation and consistent protection against load peaks.
Typical applications include cab mountings for industrial trucks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and numerous mobile and stationary industrial plants. It is precisely in these areas that a broad frequency spectrum of excitations arises – ranging from low-frequency engine vibrations to harsh impacts caused by uneven terrain or sudden load changes. The Series V hydraulic mounts were developed specifically to meet these requirements and have proven themselves in practice for many years.
The design combines an elastic rubber body with a hydraulic chamber filled with a special fluid. When the system is excited, this fluid flows through defined throttle channels and converts the kinetic energy into heat. This principle ensures that disruptive natural vibrations are dissipated very quickly and that the mounted unit returns rapidly to its stable initial state following an impulse. At the same time, the mounting remains flexible enough to effectively isolate finer vibrations – a decisive advantage for reducing structure-borne noise and protecting components in the long term.
The Series V hydraulic mounts are designed for small to medium load ranges and are characterised by a long service life, excellent material quality and instantaneous damping behaviour. They not only increase the smoothness and precision of technical systems, but also improve their operational comfort and extend the service life of the surrounding components.
