Megi tapered roller bearing
Megi tapered bearings – elastic connecting elements for precise vibration damping and secure force absorption
Megi tapered bearings are among the most versatile and reliable rubber-metal elements in industrial vibration control. Thanks to their characteristic design with tapered inner and outer sleeves, they offer an optimal combination of elastic vibration isolation, high stability and controlled force transmission. These bearings are designed to effectively dampen vertical vibrations, such as those occurring in engine mounts, pumps, machine frames or compressors. At the same time, they can reliably absorb horizontal forces, such as braking, start-up or lateral forces, without the mounted component losing its position. This ensures precise, defined guidance with minimal tendency to tilt.

At the same time, they can reliably absorb horizontal forces, such as braking, starting or lateral forces, without the mounted component losing its position. This ensures precise, defined guidance with minimal tendency to tilt.
Megi tapered bearings are used in a wide range of industrial applications, particularly in automotive engineering, the mounting of technical superstructures, in mechanical and plant engineering, and in equipment designs where sensitive components need to be protected from disruptive vibrations. The elastic mounting significantly reduces structure-borne noise, extends the service life of mechanical components and enhances user comfort by minimising vibration transmission.
The robust construction, made from high-quality rubber and precision-manufactured metal sleeves, guarantees a long service life, high load-bearing capacity and consistent performance even under demanding conditions. Thanks to their standardised geometries, Megi conical bearings can be easily integrated into existing systems, whilst at the same time being flexible enough to be optimally utilised in custom designs.
