Pot elements

Pot elements are among the most tried-and-tested solutions when it comes to precise, low-vibration and, at the same time, fastener-free machine mounting. They have been specially developed to install systems, machines and technical units safely and efficiently without the need for permanent anchoring to the floor. This makes them particularly suitable for working environments where flexible installation conditions are required – such as where machines are frequently moved, on sensitive floors, or in rented premises where no structural alterations are permitted.

A key advantage of pot feet lies in their integrated levelling mechanism. This allows the machine to be aligned with millimetre precision and ensures optimal operating conditions, which significantly increases both process reliability and the service life of the plant. Uneven floors or slight differences in height can be easily compensated for, which also reduces the load on the machine structure.

The elastic base mat of the base elements is specially designed to minimise disruptive vibrations and structure-borne noise. It reliably decouples the machine from the floor and prevents vibrations from being transmitted to adjacent rooms or surrounding equipment. This results in noticeably smoother running, improves the working environment and, at the same time, protects sensitive machine components from harmful vibration effects.

Pot feet are designed for low to medium lateral forces and ensure a secure footing despite the absence of floor anchoring. Their robust construction, combined with high-quality materials, ensures a long service life and virtually maintenance-free operation.
