The combination of a robust, galvanised steel bracket with a high-quality EPDM rubber plate creates a reliable decoupling element that meets the requirements of SIA 180 and is therefore ideally suited for modern sound insulation applications in both new builds and refurbishments.
The integrated rubber plate measures 44 × 44 × 22 mm and has a Shore hardness of 50°, offering an ideal balance between elasticity and load-bearing capacity. With a total height of 78 mm and a bracket width of 40 mm, the element can be installed with precision and ensures that any vibrations and impact noise are effectively isolated from the building structure. This not only enhances acoustic comfort but also protects adjacent components from unwanted vibrations.
The mounting brackets are used wherever clean acoustic separation between the door element and the building envelope is required. They make a significant contribution to improving sound insulation, particularly in the case of large-scale lift-and-slide doors, which generate considerable vibrations due to their weight and movement.
