Vibra® tapered roller bearing

Vibra® conical bearings are among the most effective rubber-metal elements for reliably reducing vibrations and shocks. Their standard design, featuring conically shaped inner and outer sleeves, delivers elastic bearing performance that is optimally suited to complex load conditions. Vertical vibrations – such as those from motors, pumps, compressors or other machinery units – are effectively damped, whilst horizontal forces such as braking or drive torques are safely absorbed and dissipated in a controlled manner. As a result, the mounted component remains precisely positioned, exhibits minimal tendency to tip over and is nevertheless optimally decoupled from structure-borne noise.

Thanks to their high-quality rubber compounds that are resistant to ageing and ozone, Vibra® conical bearings offer a very long service life and operate permanently maintenance-free. They are frequently used in vehicle construction for mounting superstructures, drivetrains or engine assemblies. They also prove their worth in industrial plants, building services engineering, conveyor technology or in testing and measurement environments – wherever vibrations need to be reduced, components protected and disruptive noise minimised.
