Silphon®acoustic PET

The Silphon®acoustic PET product range comprises ready-made acoustic products for direct use in offices, open-plan offices and commercial premises: ceiling panels, ceiling spheres, room dividers, desk partitions, wall shelves, noticeboards and individual elements such as sculptures and modular partitions. All products effectively improve room acoustics, are made from recycled materials and combine functionality with an attractive appearance.

A: Silphon®acoustic PET is a vibraplast product range comprising ready-made acoustic elements made from recycled polyester. The products – ceiling panels, room dividers, table partitions, wall shelves, noticeboards and ceiling spheres – improve room acoustics in offices, open-plan offices and commercial premises. They reduce reverberation and noise levels whilst also contributing to the interior design.
A: Yes. All Silphon®acoustic PET products are made from recycled PET fibres, predominantly from recycled plastic bottles. The material is fully recyclable and thus contributes to a sustainable circular economy. This is a key consideration for companies with sustainability goals.
A: The ready-made products are designed for easy installation without the need for specialist knowledge. Ceiling panels and ceiling spheres are suspended using the fixing materials supplied. Room dividers are freestanding or can be secured using wall brackets. Table dividers require no assembly – they are simply placed on the table.
A: The Silphon®acoustic PET range is available in various standard colours, including grey, blue and green. For projects with specific corporate design requirements, custom colours are available on request. Custom shapes and sizes can also be manufactured on a project-by-project basis.
