With our custom-made Vibra®place tool inserts, you can create a clear, organised and productive working environment. Every tool has its own precisely tailored space – perfectly organised, always to hand and safely stored. Whether screwdrivers, measuring tools or specialist equipment: the precisely fitting insert reliably protects your tools from knocks, scratches and damage. This not only ensures greater tidiness, but also extends the service life of your tools and reduces the need for costly replacements.

Our foam inserts can be manufactured in a range of colours on request – for so-called shadow boards, where missing tools are immediately visible. This allows you to consistently apply the 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) and boost productivity and safety in your workplace.

Customised solutions – precisely planned, manufactured to exact specifications

Our experienced designers develop your insert using state-of-the-art CAD software (SolidWorks) as a 2D or 3D design. In doing so, we take into account the shape, size and application of your tools, as well as other requirements such as handling.

Whether for workshop trolleys, drawers, toolboxes or wall panels – we offer bespoke solutions for industry, trade, laboratories and assembly. The inserts can be integrated into existing furniture or planned as a new system.

Foam solutions for packaging, logistics and presentation
