CAD design

Our design engineers are happy to assist you with the implementation of new ideas or further development of your designs. We can also assist you with CAD diagrams using «SolidWorks» to bridge capacity bottlenecks.

FEM calculations  

Computational simulation using the finite element method (FEM) and multi-body simulation enables products to be examined virtually and optimized for their real behavior..

mold-flow analyses 

This 3D simulation allows us to determine manufacturability of a plastic injection molded part and its optimization potential.

Rapid prototyping   

CAD-STL diagram data are implemented directly into workpieces e.g., using a 3D printer (without manual detours or shapes).

Vibration / elastomer technology

We have a high level of technological capability and comprehensive know-how on rubber, metal, construction form, production, and elastic mounting to help us make the best possible use of the numerous possibilities of elastomer and rubber / metal compounds. Compression and tensile test machines are used to test materials. The most common tests include spring characteristics as well as displacement and strain measurements.
