How to place your order

Ordering process

1. Navigate to your shopping cart to order the chosen products. 
   
   
2. Address data and payment information are then entered after you register, login, or proceed as guest without registration. Invoice-based payment is also available and is reserved for registered business customers based in Switzerland. Private individuals and companies are required to pay in advance. The ordered products are delivered once the payment has been received.
   
   
3. An order overview is then displayed before it is shipped. You can have the order delivered or you can pick it up at Vibraplast AG.
   
   
4. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the order summary on the e-mail address you specified.

    

Guest
If you choose the guest option, you do not need to register before placing an order. You only need to enter your email address and, in the next step, enter the necessary address information. Please note that you have to enter your data again for each additional order.

As a customer with a customer account
If you do not have a customer account, you must first register in our online shop. Enter your email and specify a password. Next, enter your address.
