Vibraplast AG Quality Policy Objective Our quality policy is intended to guarantee that the requirements of our customers with regard to our products and services are met in full and without deviation at all times. It is our declared intention to maintain this high standard continuously and without exceptions. This obliges our employees to approach their tasks in a considered and careful manner and to work closely with our suppliers to ensure that their deliveries and services meet our own high quality standards. Our quality policy is determined by the management. GL has committed itself to consistently apply and continuously improve the QS management. Business Activities We are a trading, production and service company for technical industrial components with core competence in the product areas of sound and vibration insulation and elastomer and plastics technology. Customer orientation We strive for a long-term partnership with our customers, convince with our quality, adherence to delivery dates and economic efficiency. We always put our customers at the centre of our considerations. Customer satisfaction is our highest goal. Conduct We look forward to every contact with our customers. We are friendly and are committed to our customers. We are motivated and reliable. We treat each other respectfully and fairly. Our task is only fulfilled when our customers are satisfied. Suppliers We evaluate our suppliers for a long-term partnership, taking into account quality standards, performance and profitability. We see our key suppliers as an extended workbench of Vibraplast with a consistent quality policy. Competition We respect our competitors. Continuous improvement of our own performance and the consistent adjustment to the needs of our customers gives us our competitive advantage. Digitalization IT infrastructure A modern EDP, communication system, online shop/homepage and centralised knowledge management is indispensable and "state oft the art" of the entire infrastructure and machinery must be ensured at all times. Management and communication We communicate honestly and openly. We lead through jointly agreed goals, motivation and recognition. Our employees Every employee makes a decisive contribution to the success of our company and assumes responsibility for the quality of his or her work within the scope of his or her job. Occupational safety Through preventive measures in the area of occupational safety and health, we contribute to cost reduction in the health care system. ISO 9001:2015 In order to fulfil contractually agreed customer requirements, to plan, carry out and monitor all quality-relevant activities, a quality management system according to DIN EN 9001:2015 has been introduced and is practised throughout our company. Responsibility We work according to economic, humane and ecological aspects. We are aware of our responsibility towards customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders and the environment. QS guidelines These measures are intended to implement the quality policy of Vibraplast. The quality policy serves as a binding guideline for quality-conscious, customer-oriented and responsible action.
