PE-HD, PE 3 polyethylene is a high-density thermoplastic (HD = high density). The material is very tough and stiff, with great chemical stability, good sliding properties, and low moisture absorption. Its ease of processing, e.g., cutting, milling, punching, welding, bending, etc. is another great benefit. The Vibra®PE-HD polyethylene sheet material is a very good electrical insulator. It is physiologically harmless, has a density of 0.95 g/cm³ and perfect dimensional stability in temperatures up to +80 °C. This makes is ideal for durable, cost-effective constructions. You can order it in standard sheets with a thickness of 1-5 mm. Greater thicknesses of up to 40 mm are also available on request.
