Melamine foam - water-repellent, hydrophobized, and self-adhesive on one side
The melamine resin foam is hydrophobized further through a subsequent coating process to make it oil- and water-repellent. This allows for further desirable properties such as increased impermeability to water and lower compression hardness. The material can be used for thermal insulation and for soundproofing. Melamine foams are used for soundproofing in numerous applications thanks to their excellent flame-retardant properties. We offer this high-quality material in standard sheets of different thicknesses or in custom dimensions on request.
